New GCSE History and Geography specifications

Not decided which GCSE History specification to adopt in September? If you feel you haven’t got time to trawl through all the specifications and want an overview comparing the key features of each one, let me know. I have produced a comparison grid summarising the content of each course and the various methods of assessment.

Email me and I will forward a copy to you: djd@abbeyfield.wilts.sch.uk
Please give your email the title: GCSE History comparison grid request

In addition, The GA has produced a similar grid for the new GCSE Geography specs. It was published in a recent edition of the Teaching Geography magazine. If you would like a copy, email me. Please give your email the title: GCSE Geography comparison grid request.
